The Riv is a mixed use/multifamily building located in the heart of Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. In total, the building will sit at 10 stories tall with 270,000 square feet of residential and retail space and below grade parking. This project is composed of three concrete decks, two of which were post-tensioned, and seven floors of Epicore decks with prefabricated Infinity structural panels. At completion, the building will have 196 residential units, a first-floor retail space, and a third-floor amenity deck. The amenity deck includes a pool, clubhouse, and fitness center.
