Mental health is a top priority for JE Dunn. Employees working at least 24 hours per week have access to a company paid, comprehensive mental health program that provides confidential, high quality, mental health support to both employees and eligible dependents.
We offer a competitive paid time off package to provide a high level of work-life integration. This includes paid vacation days as well as 7 paid health days and 8 paid holidays per calendar year. Employees who wish to take time off due to a death are eligible for paid bereavement leave.
JE Dunn’s disability program offers eligible employees up to 10 weeks of 100% paid leave for the birth of a child. Qualified employees may also receive an additional 2 weeks of 100% paid leave for bonding.
