Stan Wielgosz is a Project Director on JE Dunn’s Industrial & Manufacturing team. He leads large, complex manufacturing projects that require a high degree of stakeholder coordination and pre-planning. Over his nearly 35-year career, Stan has coordinated and managed projects with values as large as $400 million.
Stan is highly detail-oriented and is persistent about driving issues to resolution. The diversity of his project experience allows for identification of potential issues and mitigation of obstacles through plans and solutions acquired over his career.
He has led projects across the United States in of varying sizes in a multitude of markets, with the core of his experience coming on industrial and manufacturing projects. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Steve Haglund has spent more than 30 years focused on budgeting, estimating and cost analysis on complex industrial projects. Steve leads preconstruction efforts for JE Dunn’s national industrial & manufacturing market. Using his base of knowledge in mechanical engineering combined with a suite of sophisticated tools, Steve provides highly informed, real-time cost feedback to JE Dunn’s clients.
Steve is an expert on commodity pricing, market forces and the ever-changing construction labor market and the impacts these key elements have on the industrial & manufacturing market. He is a Certified Professional Estimator, a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Steve received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
Ryan Wilson is a Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction, serving industrial and manufacturing clients. Ryan has spent four years of his seven-year career on projects with Georgia-Pacific. He has served as Last Planner Champion on multiple projects and is an advocate for big rooms, choosing by advantages, target value delivery, and other lean practices.
As a Project Manager, Ryan coordinates all JE Dunn and trade partner project activities, beginning in preconstruction by leading collaborative efforts with the owner, architect, and key trade partners.
Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University
