The Atlantic on Romney project is located in the heart of downtown Charleston with close proximity to several surrounding residential buildings and business. Located on an incredibly tight site on peninsular Charleston, this project consists of a nine-story, 304-unit apartment building that includes two levels of a parking garage with retail space on the ground level. The apartment units are broken into four separate towers that extend seven stories above the parking garage. Each of the four towers have drastically different façades. The project also includes an amenity level with a pool, clubroom, fitness areas, and a game room. This project will be Charleston Rises certified upon completion.
