Dustin Liljehorn, currently leads JE Dunn Construction’s Rocky Mountain division, headquartered in Denver. A graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Dustin grew up in the construction industry working alongside his father, who owned a concrete flatwork company. Upon graduating with a degree in construction management, Dustin went to work for JE Dunn in Kansas City. In 2001 he moved to Denver to help build JE Dunn’s Colorado Operations which has since grown from $100M in annual revenue to over $400M annually, consistently ranking the firm among the top 10 contractors in Denver.
Dustin has led many projects in the Rocky Mountain Region, ranging from the delivery of Spire, a 42-story, 950,000-square-foot condominium project in downtown Denver to most recently the delivery of the Wyoming State Capitol Restoration and Renovation project, a multiyear, multibuilding project for the State of Wyoming totaling over $300M. His commitment to building community extends beyond construction as an active participant in many of JE Dunn’s community engagement initiatives with projects for organizations including Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain and Knights of Heroes. Dustin is the proud father of three boys, whom he and his wife Sherri routinely traverse the state and beyond to support their athletic and academic endeavors.
