JE Dunn completed this 183,000 SF, 25-bed, critical access replacement hospital and three-story attached medical office building was built to support the growing community of Dickinson, ND, and its population of 16,000 residents. The hospital facility includes a rehab center, an emergency department, labor and delivery rooms, operating rooms, and individual physician clinics. Work on the 75-acre site contains all sanitary and storm connections. Domestic and fire water service is provided to the facility from two different entrance points to offer redundancy to the hospital facility.
