Nebraska Medicine

Primary Care Clinics

For this project, JE Dunn was the Prime Contractor providing Preconstruction, Construction, and Post-Occupancy services for Boldt Development. Over the span of three years, we completed five clinics that are home to Nebraska Medicine. Located at 168th and Giles, 86th and Giles, 204th and Pacific,132nd and Millard Ave, and 50th and Ames, all five new construction projects were 13,200 SF single story buildings and cost between $3.5 – $4M each.

Our team was proactive in planning and material procurement to ensure we completed all clinics on time, a span of 9 – 10 months for each. Because of diligent Preconstruction work and collaboration with the design team and client, we were able to provide cost savings for all five clinics.
