JE Dunn has been in a Design-Build Initial Outfitting (DBIO) Medical MATOC with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District since 2009, designing and constructing medical facilities at military installations throughout the United States. This experience helps us to understand specific missions at each installation regarding healthcare delivery and has given us the opportunity to develop procedures and processes to ensure the Government’s success on large-scale healthcare work. Through this MATOC, JE Dunn has designed and built more than $800 million of military healthcare projects. Through these projects, we have developed rigorous management procedures, and quality and safety systems. Projects utilize a turnkey delivery, represented by design, construction, and outfitting services. Outfitting services include FF&E, low voltage, equipment planning, transition planning, commodity acquisition and installation, and move management.
