This 17,500 square foot tenant improvement included open office space with glass front private perimeter offices, a breakroom area, file/work room, a conference room, a gym, and a lounge. Due to manufacturing and procurement delays in our industry at the time, our team was diligent when selecting trade partners and proactive with long-lead materials. We were able to mitigate challenges and maintain an accelerated schedule. Working in an occupied building always comes with risk, but our safety program proved successful, and we ended the project with zero recordable incidents.
