New Administration Building, approximately 42,000 square feet, that will house the Refinery Leadership team, Human Resources, Project Engineering, Planning, Health Safety and Environment, Operations Management, Reliability, Inspections, I/S, Training, Emergency Operations Center, Fitness Center, Credit Union and Wellness Clinic that is consistent with other Valero refineries. Strategically locate the new building on vacant property fronting 96th Street with direct visitor access. The building will duplicate a prototype that has been built in Ardmore, Oklahoma and in Three Rivers, Texas. Included in the work are provisions for a main entrance to the refinery and landscape enhancements for the community image. Upon occupancy of the new building, demolish the existing Administration Building.
