This $80M program included the construction of a new elementary school, middle school and high school sports complex, as well as a 30,000 SF high school addition and renovation and elementary school parking lot improvements.
After a successful 2016 bond program, JE Dunn continued their relationship with Spring Hill School District and is currently acting as the Construction Manager for the District’s 2018 bond program. This $68M program includes the construction of the new Dayton Creek Elementary School, new middle school, new administration building and new education support center that will provide technology, maintenance and nutrition services.
