JE Dunn built out 27,076 SF of a vivarium lab space in the basement of the AHSB project for the use of a laboratory suite. This created an interstitial space above the basement ceiling which will support the mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements of the lab suite below.
The library opens on July 4, 2026, alongside America's 250th birthday, and as construction manager, JE Dunn is proud to have built it.
