Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Administrative Support Campus

JE Dunn recently completed construction on a new Administrative Support Campus for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Located at the intersection of North Druid Hills Road and I-85, the support office buildings will be part of a larger campus that will include a new children’s hospital and medical office building, for which JE Dunn is currently providing construction management services. This new office campus includes two eight-story office buildings totaling 600,000 SF and includes employee office space, training facilities, full-service dining, a fitness center, and clinic. The office buildings are connected to a new 2,400-space parking garage by an elevated, 300-foot-long pedestrian bridge.
