Capitol Park

Mental Health Hospital

Construction of the new Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital is currently underway in St. Paul, MN. In partnership with Fairview Health Services, Acadia Healthcare is constructing a state-of-the-art facility to treat mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse disorder diagnosis. The team is currently wrapping up structural steel erection and beginning construction on the exterior façade. This project contains unique aspects including prefabricated bathroom pods, extensive anti-ligature requirements, and three underground stormwater retention systems. The expected completion date is June 2025. This is one of three Acadia Healthcare facilities that JE Dunn is constructing nationwide, and our local team is excited to be part of bringing these important services to the St. Paul community.
