In 2023, the Houston office reinvigorated our community outreach effort by partnering with a couple of fun, youth-focused organizations. SheBuilds, an annual event, provided young girls in grades 7-12 an opportunity to learn about construction, and The ACE Mentor Program is a yearlong program open to all high schoolers, aimed to inspire those considering a career in construction. Our employees enthusiastically supported both organizations, as they enjoyed the educational aspect of their volunteer efforts. To conclude the year, we made special deliveries to our other favorite charitable organizations. At Ronald McDonald House, we delivered a bundle of toys along with a check exceeding $6,000 raised at our Charity Clay Shoot. We also proudly presented the United Way of Greater Houston with a donation of more than $30,000 from our annual Golf Tournament.
