Scout Living, a 21-story hospitality living concept in Ponce City Market, offers 405 “flex-stay” units designed for various lifestyles. It is located behind 619 Ponce and adjacent to Jamestown's other multi-family hi-rise project, Signal House. These one- and two-bedroom units cater to Atlanta’s globetrotting population by allowing stays from one night up to yearlong leases and on-demand rentals.
The units come fully furnished and include hotel-style services and amenities. Each unit includes a full kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer which makes Scout a viable option for long term living.
Scout Living is designed with biophilic elements in mind and makes a concentrated effort to add in valuable digital conveniences. The project includes natural wood, open air spaces, operable windows in each unit, and lots of windows to allow natural lighting. Digital kiosks are available for virtual check ins and all the units have keyless locks.
Other amenities include 12,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor which will have convenient grab and go items. The second floor offers lounges, meeting, and event spaces. On the rooftop, 3 club rooms are available for events, a communal kitchen, wellness studio, terrace, and a pool, all with sweeping views of the Atlanta skyline.
A courtyard common area connects to Scout Living to Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Beltline, giving guests access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
