Confidential Client Cleanroom

This project consists of the interior buildout of new cleanroom space which is approximately 14,000 square feet of ISO 6 Class 100 cleanroom along with supporting sub fab and infrastructure fit out to support six tools. The infrastructure work includes new cooling towers, chillers, air handling units, gas cabinets, structural upgrades and all new architectural finishes. The new cleanroom construction is taking place within a 24/7 operating campus.
