Senior Vice President Sean Buck provides insights to Nashville Business Journal

A 20-year veteran of JE Dunn Construction and the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry, Senior Vice President and Nashville Office Leader Sean Buck knows what it takes to be an effective leader.

The Williamsburg, Kentucky native, Sean Buck, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2003 where he fell in love with the Music City. That degree landed him a job with the top-20 ranked general contractor by Engineering News-Record (ENR) and he never looked back.

Buck worked his way up the ranks from project engineer to his current role and spent time learning from those around him to craft his own leadership style. He even found time in 2008 to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Auburn University.

Each and every day, Buck exemplifies the guiding principles of the company he has spent his entire career with and makes sure he does his part to learn about and from those around him.

Most recently, he sat down with Drew Hutchinson of the Nashville Business Journal to be featured in an article title “The Boss: Sean Buck knows what it means to be a leader in 2022.”
