This year, the Des Moines office supported three charities: ReBuilding Together, ZERO – The End of Prostate Cancer, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Events included a bowling fundraiser, home cleanup for a Navy veteran and a charity golf outing. These events were in addition to the charities that our Des Moines employees donate to throughout the year. JE Dunn Des Moines includes employee board members for the local chapter of ReBuilding Together, an organization that focuses on helping low-income residents clean up and repair their homes to avoid eviction or condemnation of the property. This year we helped a Navy veteran by cleaning up and organizing the inside of his home. Our group is small, but to the homeowner we provided a great service which allowed him to remain in his home and increased his mobility. Helping homeowners remain where they want to be is important to their families and the greater good of the neighborhood.
