Student Housing

This project includes the delivery of two new student housing buildings for the University of Wyoming. The first building is new 183,029 SF, 6-story, 220 unit student housing facility with roughly 500 beds and an 850 person student dining facility. It also features a deep basement level and a 12/12 pitched roof with attic space for mechanical equipment. The second building is comprised of a 123,853 SF, 5-story, 285 unit structure with approximately 500 beds.
