JE Dunn has been a longtime partner of the Blue Springs R-IV School District and recently completed $60M of the District’s 2018 bond program. The scope included an 80,000 SF addition at Blue Springs South High School to house the freshman, which includes classrooms, open collaboration areas and lecture stairs. A separate building addition includes a blackbox theater and existing performing arts facility renovation. Additionally, on a similar addition and renovation was completed at Blue Springs High School .
Additions and renovations to Blue Springs South High School included a new media center, administration center, science classroom wing, new student entry, locker room, wrestling and choral rooms. A new concession and restroom facility was constructed at the athletic complex.
