JE Dunn Early Career Program

JE Dunn’s Early Career Program enables students to gain hands-on project and field experience while preparing for future employment in the construction industry. Our interns are out on project sites from day one, contributing to the construction of buildings that change skylines—and careers. Learning the tools of the trade from the best in the business, interns are exposed to preconstruction, trade partner relationships, quality, safety, virtual design & construction, and skilled trades.

Through professional development, training, and scheduled progress check-ins, our goal is to build the best team by offering exceptional opportunities to grow outside of the classroom. That means having a little #JEFunn, too, with social events, community activities, and team building outings throughout the internship.
