JE Dunn Senior Design Manager Eric Douville has been named one of ENR West’s 2026 Top Young Professionals, highlighting his leadership in delivering complex projects across the life sciences, laboratory, and semiconductor sectors.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning both design and construction, Eric brings a unique perspective that helps align design intent with constructability on highly technical projects. He has developed tools and programs that have been adopted company-wide to improve communication, clarify priorities, and support risk mitigation on complex projects. Those efforts are currently helping support the growth of our Northern California presence, providing design leadership for the Santa Rita Jail Critical Operations design-build project while supporting the market’s expanding portfolio.
Eric is also leading the design effort for the American Legion’s new facility in Northern California, donating design services to help bring the organization’s vision to life. His collaborative approach continues to strengthen our design capabilities while delivering meaningful value to clients and the communities we serve.
