For a century-old company with strong Midwestern roots, it’s no surprise that same fervor and energy for the business spread to nearby Omaha, a straight-shot up the I-29 corridor.
The Omaha office quickly transformed from a small regional location to a nearly 500-employee hub based out of the new Carson/Goldenrod building at 146th Street and West Dodge Road. Omaha Office Leader, Chris Pesek, reflects on the company’s Kansas City beginnings – and present headquarters – and how its rich history and culture spread to Omaha where JE Dunn’s presence has flourished.
Kicking off its centennial year at the start of 2024, JE Dunn began a national initiative dedicated to its 100th year, Building a Legacy: A Century of Generosity. At the Omaha office, that meant special recognition of local employees and clients, and increased investment in the community through the company’s community impact efforts.
Centered on a family-first mentality with a competitive spirit, alignment of goals, as well as entrepreneurialism marked by progress and innovation, tie the Omaha office together just like its Kansas City base.
“Our office culture is unique, and it’s one of the things I’m most proud of,” says Vice President – Sr. Client Solutions Director, Doug Duren.
