Jeff Byrne, senior superintendent in our Portland office, has been named one of ENR’s 2025 National Top 20 Under 40. This is a huge honor that highlights rising leaders in the construction industry who are making a big impact early in their careers. Jeff’s recognition is well-deserved and a reflection of the passion, leadership, and dedication he brings to every job site.
Jeff, who has been with JE Dunn for 16 years, is a great example of hard work paying off. He has steadily risen through the ranks, now leading some of our most challenging and high-profile projects.
