SDL Scottsdale Airport

Our team worked cohesively on the SDL Scottsdale Airport Atlantic Aviation Hangar in Scottsdale, Arizona to ensure the vision of the project would ultimately meet forecasted demands, as well as realize the site’s full potential.

To achieve the desired result, the existing T-hangar on the site was demolished to clear the way for construction of two new 28,000-square-foot hangar bays with attached support buildings for future tenant build-out.

Atlantic Aviation’s hangar upgrades provide superior amenities and support for their clientele. Hangar improvements included concrete tilt walls with long span steel joist structures with exterior composite metal panels, metal façade and canopies. The sitework included apron area pavement improvements, customer parking, covered parking, AOA wrought iron security fencing, and landscaping.

The hangar interiors included lightly colored painted walls, epoxy flooring finishes, trench drains, and large volume ceiling fans. One support building included a complete high end interior office buildout for JetLinx day-to-day operations.
