Project Highlights

JE Dunn provided preconstruction and Construction Management-at-Risk services for the Law Enforcement Center and Administration Building Expansion in Williams County, North Dakota. The project included a 34,000 square foot addition to inmate housing and 6,000 square foot addition to law enforcement offices. The 18,000 square foot courthouse and 8,000 square feet of the existing jail and office space were remodeled, and 12,000 square feet of enclosed parking was added. The project included concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, doors and windows, finishes, specialty correctional/security facility systems, as well as mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, site work, and landscaping. Following completion, JE Dunn worked with the county on commissioning and transition services.
