A 51,000-square-foot renovation of the Surgical Suite located on the second floor of Wesley Medical Center is our most current project. The 14-phase renovation will span 46 months, upgrading Air Handling Units serving the suite. Demolition of all mechanical, electrical and finishes. Scope includes building a new 2,000-square-foot penthouse on the second floor roof to house a new air handling unit and has an expected completion date of September 2025.
