Wellstar Kennestone Hospital

Tower Addition

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital partners with JE Dunn to construct a 300,000 square foot, 9-story tower addition with 2 shell floors. The expansion includes 151 new acute-care beds to the existing hospital The project includes an ICU, Med Surgery (neuro), and NICU as well as a new kitchen and servery.

The top three floors will be divided into 30 and 32 private rooms, catering to various acute inpatient needs—medical, neurological, surgical, and cardiac. A significant expansion, the project is designed to meet the growing demand for specialized care. Completion is expected early 2026.
