Robert J. Dole US Federal Courthouse

Project Highlights

The Robert S. Dole U.S. Federal Courthouse is a 275,000 square-foot complex constructed with a poured‑in‑place reinforced concrete structural frame. The exterior consists of 750 architectural precast concrete panels enhanced with aluminum columns and ornamental detailing. Completed on an aggressive schedule, the facility incorporates energy‑conservation design principles and is built on a constrained urban site. The building includes 10 courtrooms, a 35‑space secured garage, a loading dock, a law library, nine holding cells, and an on‑site childcare center for employees.
