Port of Portland Parking Additions and Consolidated Rental Car Facility

Project Highlights

JE Dunn and YGH worked together at the Port of Portland Parking Additions and Consolidated Rental Car Facility (PACR) project—a progressive design-build project for the Port of Portland. The PACR Project includes three primary components: (1) a new six-level, 1.64M SF parking structure with approximately 2,290 long-term parking spaces on the upper three levels and approximately 2,070 ready/return spaces for rental car operations on the lower three levels; (2) a new four-story 90,000 SF airport operations office building with retail rental car center on the ground floor, and; (3) an on-grade connection building providing pedestrian access from the terminal’s south tunnel to the new rental car center and office building. The project also included the extension of the south tunnel to the new parking structure central core, extensive site utility work, landscaping, and vehicular/pedestrian circulation revisions throughout the 26-acre campus.
