OKC – Will Rogers International Airport

Project Highlights

This project features a new 80,000-square-foot, three-bay MRO hangar at Will Rogers International Airport, expanding AAR CORP.’s capacity to service Boeing 737 aircraft, including Alaska Airlines’ fleet. Located adjacent to AAR’s existing seven-bay complex, Hangar 4 includes office space, hazardous storage, aircraft support areas, employee amenities, a new parking lot, and over 3,000 SF of added apron pavement to enhance airside operations. The project also included relocation of an existing fueling tool repair shop to optimize site functionality.

Delivered in partnership with AAR, JE Dunn, FSB, and the OKC Airport Trust, the facility supports a full range of commercial and government MRO services with a focus on efficiency and flexibility. Backed by state funding and airport incentives, the expansion is expected to create more than 200 jobs and strengthens Oklahoma City’s long-term aerospace infrastructure.
