Project description: This 250,000 square foot, 48-megawatt data center is the initial phase of a multi-building data center campus. JE Dunn is delivering the complete buildout of the first building, including an Administrative Space and 5 Colos, with each consisting of multiple data halls designed to house server infrastructure. The mass excavation scope included over 1 million cubic yards of soil moved with some areas being cut over 20 feet and filled in others nearly 30 feet to ready the building pads. The single-story facility will feature an air-cooled system and a full interior fit-out with owner-furnished equipment. This Mission Critical project is being constructed using a pre-engineered metal building system, supporting an efficient and scalable approach to meet speed-to-market demands.
