Stream Data Center

DFW VII

Stream Data Center’s DFW VII facility is the first of two (2) 15MW, 140,000 SF, hyperscale buildings on the 22.6-acre site in Garland, Texas, located between two (2) 40MW utility feeds. This project included site development, utility infrastructure, core and shell, diverse telco entrances, and 25,000 SF of fully commissioned white space at 3MW of power.

Stream Data Center’s Hyperscale design allows for rapid deployment and buildout of the remaining 12MW of capacity in future phases to maximize speed to market for its tenants.

JE Dunn has also built two ground-up data centers for Stream in Chaska, MN and Chicago, IL and completed a data hall fit-out in San Antonio, TX.
