The University of Wyoming is undergoing a $264 million upgrade to its student housing, the first such project in over 60 years. Managed by JE Dunn, the project involves building two five-level residence halls to replace outdated towers, accommodating 922 beds across 505 rooms. The new buildings, featuring modern amenities and sustainable design, are set for completion in 2025, aiming to enhance student life and campus appeal.
