The University of Wyoming is undergoing a $264 million upgrade to its student housing, the first such project in over 60 years. Managed by JE Dunn, the project involves building two five-level residence halls to replace outdated towers, accommodating 922 beds across 505 rooms. Challenges include pandemic delays, supply chain issues, and a shortage of skilled labor. The new buildings, featuring modern amenities and sustainable design, are set for completion in 2025, aiming to enhance student life and campus appeal.
