JE Dunn completed construction of the Dr. Vince Clinical Research Pharmaceutical Laboratory in September 2022. Originally a Whole Foods, the newly renovated 65,000-square-foot facility has been transformed into a research facility, including a laboratory with specialty lighting, exhaust fume hoods, centrifuges, and storage freezers a lab preparation area and a research study area.
Designed with the intent to host volunteers overnight for monitoring, the facility has special amenities including game rooms, entertainment rooms and break rooms. Features of the $15 million space serve to attract potential study participants and further expand the facility’ mission to advance its pharmaceutical research.
JE Dunn completed a full renovation of the space, from roof replacement to new framing, laboratory cabinetry and equipment installation, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, ductwork, and all other finishing construction.
