JE Dunn Construction celebrates 40 years in Atlanta, marking four decades of shaping the region’s skyline and driving its economic growth.
Since 1985, JE Dunn has delivered landmark projects, from its early work on Northside Hospital’s 980 Doctor’s Building, The Oaks at Buckhead, and The Metropolis, a 21-story, two tower, mixed-use residential community.
Both JE Dunn’s aviation and industrial markets originated in Atlanta and have since grown a national footprint for the company. From Southeast Toyota and YKK to the Delta Air Lines Airside Modernization today, these sectors continue to expand.
Recent, notable projects include:
- Emory HSRB II– Advancing medical research in the U.S.
- Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Arthur M. Blank Hospital Campus – Expanding excellence in pediatric care in the Southeast
- Spring Quarter – Which includes Sora high-rise apartments and 1020 Spring Street with repeat partner, Portman

- North Atlanta High School – An adaptive reuse of the old IBM tower in Buckhead
The Atlanta office has completed a wide range of projects from commercial high-rises and educational institutions to healthcare facilities and airports, as well as industrial and manufacturing.
