The JE Dunn Project Solutions team has completed several tenant improvement projects for VML including a 100,000-aquare-foot renovation of an existing space at Downtown Wheeler Airport to accommodate the growing company.
VML had an office at 2020 Baltimore and this allowed them to consolidate into one space. The project consisted of open office space, conference rooms, break room, collaborative areas and meeting pods.
This project had an aggressive schedule with high technology demands, the team had to communicate effectively and often. The team completed the project on time and within budget while maximizing the square footage.
