University of Jamestown

The Harold Newman Arena is a significant landmark at the University of Jamestown. With a personality all its own, this arena is fully equipped with a bell tower that is rung following each home athletic win. This 60,000-square-foot, 1,715 seat arena, offers a whole new experience for fans, students, faculty and friends.

A concourse level includes a Booster room, banquet area, concessions, a ticket booth, standing room, handicapped seating and a large foyer area available for catered events. The event level offers arena seating for 1,715 patrons, basketball and volleyball courts, and locker rooms for the football, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball teams as well as visitor teams.

The athletic training facility includes cold and hot therapy pools, exercise equipment for use with trainer supervision and training tables.
