Sanford Health

Legacy Wing Renovation

Project Highlights

Built in the 1950s, the Sanford Health Bismarck Medical Center Legacy Wing had sat vacant for years. To make full use of their facility, Sanford selected JE Dunn to renovate the Legacy Wing’s third, fourth, and fifth floors into new inpatient rooms.
Each floor was completely gutted and remodeled. The third and fourth floors feature standard inpatient rooms, while the fifth floor comprises 12 isolation rooms, divided into three groups of four. The team also performed a complete exterior window replacement to the entire wing.
