Rambler Atlanta is a 19-story, 467,000-square-foot, 215-unit tower, geared towards student housing. The building includes 798 beds, amenity spaces, and a 3-level parking garage. This is JE Dunn’s second student housing tower with client LV Collective, serving the Atlanta market.
Located in Midtown, Rambler infills a tight urban site near multiple colleges. The team enacted a creative excavation plan without disrupting neighboring towers or critical utility lines. On an accelerated schedule, the project includes a concrete structure clad with prefabricated skin.
