Parkland Hospital Ron J. Anderson MD Clinic Building

Project Highlights

Dallas’ public healthcare provider, Parkland Health and Hospital System, underwent a $1 billion dollar modernization program to enhance its healthcare delivery.

JE Dunn with joint venture partner Rogers O’Brien completed the construction of the Ron J. Anderson Medical Clinic, a five-story, 227,421-square-foot facility designed to expand outpatient services. The clinic houses 171 exam rooms and 12 treatment rooms, serving a diverse range of specialties including Urology, Neurology, ENT, Imaging, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pre-Anesthesia, and Surgical Exams. The building is seamlessly integrated with the newly developed Parkland Ambulatory Care Hospital via an above-grade pedestrian bridge, ensuring connectivity and accessibility. The clinic is LEED certified.

Additionally, JE Dunn oversaw the interior buildout of the Women and Infants Specialty Hospital (WISH) clinic, a 134,816-square-foot facility located on four floors within the new Parkland Hospital. The clinic features direct access to the main hospital while maintaining a dedicated entrance for its specialized services. WISH focuses on comprehensive care for expectant mothers and post-partum patients, further reinforcing Parkland’s commitment to maternal and infant health.
