Distilled Spirits Distribution Center

The purpose of this new, nearly 350,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Canby, Oregon is the storage and dispersal of distilled spirits within the State of Oregon. This project is comprised of a single-story office building attached to a warehouse, including a state-of-the-art material handling system (MHS). The warehouse also houses additional lounge, office and maintenance shop space. The sitework includes development of approximately 24 acres in Canby, Oregon and includes loading docks, bays, parking, site security fencing and a guard shack.
