JE Dunn completed the 18,200 SF remodel and tenant finish of an existing muffler shop, as well as an addition of two pre-engineered metal buildings with a structural steel canopy/shelter. The new facility is home to a learning lab that houses skills-based resources including a student co-working facility, digital media lab, makerspace, an automotive and engineering lab, and an on-site food truck run by culinary arts students.
