JE Dunn completed a 310,991-square-foot, seven-story hospital featuring 82 beds and a wide range of facilities, including administration offices, a cafeteria and kitchen, surgical suites, imaging services, an emergency department, a laboratory, LDRP suites, and patient wings. The project also included a 161,330-square-foot, two-story precast parking garage with capacity for 440 vehicles.
