JE Dunn completed a 121,269-square-foot office building renovation. The project included a remodel of the two-story lobby, replacement of all building roofs, new exterior glazing, skylight replacement, and elevator modernization of nine cars.
The building was transformed into an open and inviting space that energized by the natural light let in by the new skylight.
