JE Dunn completed a 15,791-square-foot Class A tenant improvement for the law firm Husch Blackwell, located on the second floor of the Goldenrod building in Heartwood Preserve. The space includes private offices, conference rooms, a café/kitchen, and an advanced security system. Our team has extensive experience working with high-end finishes in Class A office space, and we leveraged this knowledge to ensure high quality didn’t impact budget or schedule. We utilized proactive preconstruction, early procurement packages, and BIM coordination to meet the quick seven-month schedule.
