Since 2015, JE Dunn Construction has partnered with HCA Healthcare to deliver several projects for the Rose Medical Center including expansion and renovations of the Women’s Center, Pavilion, Canopy, Post Partum Center,
Perinatal Center. Also completed was construction of the Free Standing Emergency Department in northern Denver.
The newest project at Rose Medical Center, renovation of the Women’s Hospital, consists of renovating the hospital’s entrance and waiting area. Clinical areas are also being renovated in one of the hospital’s medical office buildings, in addition to the renovation of the building’s 4th floor to create new spaces for general support, post partum, labor/delivery/recovery, and C-section. The 18,045 square foot project will add 25 beds to the Women’s Center, and a renovated entry and dialysis center to the neighboring Wolf building.
