Martin City K-8

Martin City K-8 School is home to students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Prior to this 20,081 SF addition and renovation, all students shared one small gym. The addition of a new gymnasium better accommodates the wide range of learning needs and allowed the existing gym to be converted into an elementary student gym and band practice room.

Grandview Middle School

The renovations at Grandview Middle School included the revitalization of 8,193 SF corridor pods and locker rooms.

Grandview High School

The Grandview High School addition and renovation updated 29,016 SF of student spaces. Featuring tailored learning environments for industrial and fine arts, a new ADA lift, and updates to the following spaces: the cafeteria, courtyard, varsity locker rooms, physical education rooms, and band rooms.

• Renovations to the Grandview High School choir room, hallways, and library, along with a new weight room and athletic storage.
• Grandview Middle School office area updates and building renovations.
• Martin City K-8 cafeteria expansion.
• Renovations at several Pre-K, elementary, and K-8 schools.
• District warehouse improvements, including new cold storage and meeting room space.
