JE Dunn is pleased to announce its award of the $30 million 2024 Bond Program with the Grandview C-4 School District, marking a continued partnership built on the success of the 2021 Bond Program. Previous work includes major renovations and expansions at Martin City K-8, Grandview Middle School, and Grandview High School. These projects laid the foundation for a trusted partnership built on a shared vision of academic excellence and community development.
We are honored that Grandview C-4 has once again entrusted us as their construction manager, allowing us to continue supporting their vision and educational goals through this new round of projects.
The 2024 Bond Program will focus on enhancing and expanding educational spaces throughout the district. The scope includes renovations and additions across multiple facilities in the Grandview C-4 School District.
Key projects include:
- Renovations to the Grandview High School choir room, hallways, and library, along with a new weight room and athletic storage.
- Grandview Middle School office area updates and building renovations.
- Martin City K-8 cafeteria expansion.
- Renovations at several Pre-K, elementary, and K-8 schools.
- District warehouse improvements, including new cold storage and meeting room space.
